What happens if I have to cancel a shift?
We understand that flexibility is key for our partners. If you need to cancel a shift, we request that you do so as early as possible (Possibly 48 hrs. -72 hrs. advance notice to the Operation Manager), so we can make necessary adjustments to ensure timely deliveries.
